October 2009 – Oman-Libya event – Know Libya organises and participates in the Oman-Libya business investment event held by Omani Centre for Investment and Export Promotion in Corinthia Hotel, Tripoli on 5 October 2009.

December 2008 - Tripoli Post - Sami Zaptia contributes his 60th opinion piece article on developments in Libya, to the Tripoli Post - Libya's only weekly English language newspaper.

November 2008 - Know Libya successfully host, organise and manage a 1-day Libyan cultural event for an international company.

October 2008 - Canadian Oil & Gas Trade Mission to Libya: Know Libya play a key role in managing, promoting and delivering a highly successful commercial event, involving 100 one-one business meetings for the mission delegates, and a very well attended plenary session - which resulted in significant business done. Sami Zaptia joined distinguished panel of speakers and gave a presentation on 'Doing Business in Libya'.

September 2008 - Malaysian Construction Industry Delegation to Libya: Sami Zaptia talks about Doing Business in Libya.

July 2008 - European Business School (EBS) London conference on education in MENA: Yolanda Zaptia is a panel speaker and presents paper on Libya's training needs.

May 2008 - Know Libya executive training room opens in Hay Demashque with a tailor made programme of leadership courses for employees of international company. Know Libya can now offer training in Know Libya's facilities, in addition to providing courses in client's premises.

February 2008 - Leisure sector survey Know Libya researches leisure sector in Tripoli for international investor group.

December 2007 - Tripoli Comprehensive Guide was published. Know Libya contributed to writing this guide, and translating the English & Arabic halves of this popular book.

November 2007 - Know Libya assesses impact of the official Road Safety Awareness TV campaign co-sponsored by Shell, broadcast during Ramadan by analysing results of survey of 1,000 people across Libya.

November 2007 - Education Libya - Know Libya exhibits and presents a paper on Libya's education needs.

October 2007 - Libyan cultural event 'Weddings in Libya' organised and presented by Yolanda Zaptia for the British & Commonwealth women's group in Libya (BCWAGs)

September 2007 - Warwick University Business School (WBS): Group of Libyan bankers selected by the Central Bank of Libya and fully prepared for their course by Know Libya, successfully participate in a tailor made mini-MBA programme in WBS in the UK.
